- Todos nuestros envíos peninsulares se realizan a través de mensajería (GLS).
- Elige tu forma de envío: 24 horas o 24-72 horas desde la tramitación, que puede variar en función de los plazos de entrega de cada producto
- Todos los pedidos se tramitan hasta las 14:00 (de lunes a viernes). El resto de pedidos que se realicen a partir de esa hora, se tramitarán el día siguiente.
- La empresa de transporte solo entrega de lunes a viernes siempre y cuando no sea festivo.
- Podrás saber el estado de tus pedidos mediante un número de seguimiento.

- 4.99 € (24-48 H. El 95% de los envíos se entregan en 24 horas) .

Los envíos se realizan a Alemania, Italia, Francia, Portugal, Austria, Bélgica, Luxemburgo, Paises Bajos, Dinamarca, Eslovaquia, Eslovenia, Polonia, República Checa, Suiza, Bulgaria, Croacia, Estonia, Finlandia, Hungría, Irlanda, Lituania, Letonia y Suecia.
- La modalidad "Recogida en tienda" no supone coste adicional.
INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL
- Sobre títulos BAJO PEDIDO: los títulos son catalogados bajo pedido cuando no hay stock real en nuestro almacén pero son, a priori, productos disponibles en el distribuidor.
- Comprar algo bajo pedido no garantiza adquirir el artículo, en ocasiones el distribuidor notifica que el título está agotado una vez nuestra solicitud de pedido ha sido emitida. En ese caso se informará inmediatamente al cliente y se le reembolsará el importe correspondiente.
- Los plazos (6-9 días) se cumplen en la gran mayoría de los casos. No obstante, puede ocurrir que el tiempo de espera exceda esos días. En ese caso, una vez superado el tiempo de espera, nos pondremos en contacto con el cliente para que decida qué hacer con su pedido.
- Sobre PREVENTAS: los artículos se enviarán con previsión para que lleguen el día de salida al destino correspondiente, no obstante, esta condición está sujeta a las diferentes dinámicas de reparto de los proveedores. Si se realiza un pedido con artículos de preventa y artículos en stock, el material se reservará hasta que todos los productos estén disponibles. Una vez sea así, se mandarán. Si se desea recibir los productos en stock antes de los que están en preventa, entonces se deberá realizar en dos pedidos separados.
- SERVICIO PREVIEWS: Recordamos que los títulos del catálogo PREVIEWS son cómics y artículos de PRE-VENTA. El plazo medio, y el habitual, suele ser de dos meses, pero en algunos casos puede ser mucho más. Aconsejamos consultar previamente a adquirir los productos las fechas de salida correspondientes (reflejada en la propia ficha del producto).
- El material desde EEUU llega a nuestra tienda a final de mes, por lo que los envíos se realizarán siempre durante la primera semana de de cada mes.
